ThisVerseFitz relating to modern times, and the enslavement of the people of earth.

On this twenty-second Sunday of 2025, June 1, we enter the books of Galatians. We continue our time with Paul with another book written by Paul, this time to the people of Galatia. Much of the book is geared toward freedom from enslavement. This “fitz” in modern times as many people toil away at the direction of their “masters” whether it be in corporate America, government control or force fed entertainment from the “dark side”.

Right at the beginning, Paul acknowledges this world as a an evil place.

Galatians 1:3-5 – “Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever, Amen.”

Paul is uplifting and explains what it means to be a child of Jesus.

Galatians 3:26-27 – “For in Jesus Christ you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.”

Paul explains the enslavement of his day which is relatable today.

Galatians 4:1-11 – “I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no different from a slave, though he is the owner of everything, but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by his father. In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principles of the world. But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.” – Paul’s Concern for the Galatians – “Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods. But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more? You observe days and months and seasons and years! I am afraid I may have labored over you in vain.”

Galatians 5:1 – Christ Has Set Us Free – “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”

“God Search in Words” works exactly as a normal “Word Search” with a somewhat higher level of difficulty given the Biblical terms. Once all the words are found, the leftover letters repeat a phrase 3.14 times (meaning the phrase is present 3 times and 14 letters of the phrase are left over). We call this the “AfterPuzzle”.
